Pandhall.com problem update

Well folks I'm still hoping mad.

I made it very clear I wanted them replaced at no expense to me or my customer.

The rep sent an email stating they could do this.

Then instantly sent another email stating they issued a refund.

Immediately after that was another email stating they wanted me to click the refund button and close the dispute.

Basically this rep knew what I wanted the bracelets replaced from the beginning and did everything to avoid it, while trying to appear as though she was helping...BULL SHIT!

How is this taking care of the customer?
