Very Frustrating Transaction to Say The Least

THis company is such a lying piece of crap.

First they say "we make special for you".

Then they say "nope can't replace all came from same batch have same problem".

Liars!

They also say the only way they can replace the damaged bracelets is upon receiving my next order.

Next Order??? are you fucking serious? There is no way In hell I would ever order anything from this fucking piece of shit company ever again.

I'm expecting one more email and if they haven't changed their position I will escalate the report to a claim with Paypal.

Fuck this piece of shit company....FUCKING SCHEMERS!

WATCH OUT FOR PANDAHALL.COM DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS ALL THE WAY!

Pandhall.com problem update

Well folks I'm still hoping mad.

I made it very clear I wanted them replaced at no expense to me or my customer.

The rep sent an email stating they could do this.

Then instantly sent another email stating they issued a refund.

Immediately after that was another email stating they wanted me to click the refund button and close the dispute.

Basically this rep knew what I wanted the bracelets replaced from the beginning and did everything to avoid it, while trying to appear as though she was helping...BULL SHIT!

How is this taking care of the customer?
