DOES PANDHALL HAVE A GOOD REPUTATION FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

We are tracking a current issue between Pandahall and one of their customers...

Stay tuned to see how it turns out.

Is Pandahall a reputable Chinese Company to buy from ?

Does Pandahall take care to make sure their customers receive the item described upon purchase?

Does Pandahall take care of the customer when there is a problem?

Does PandaHall allow poor quality products, from dishonest manufacturers to remain on their site?

  1. Right now I am not impressed with Pandahall at all!

I was so happy when I found them. I thought I had found a safe source to shop for products. Thinking that if any thing was wrong with damaged product being delivered that they would instantly fix it...WRONG

Here's how it's worked so far...

I received the items from China.

One of the items was missing pieces. I forgave that. I could see other left over findings had gotten mixed in the bag and probably off set the weight. At any rate I chose to forgive it and pretend it is no big deal.
On the other item I ordered 100 pieces. I tested the product prior to shipping to my customer (thank Creator)... 25 % of these bracelets were completely unusable, total crap that could cause customers to loose beads that sometimes cost thousands of dollars "Pandora".

I contacted the company a second time and explained there is just no way I can except this for my customer and they must replace them.

I was shocked to hear that I must buy more, a second purchase in order to get credit.

    Bull Shit!

    I am furious.

Chinese use to be the most reliable people in business, always keeping agreement.

Not anymore and not this company...

Seems these Chinese companies think there are so many American customers they can do whatever they want because there will always be more customers.

Well Pandahall you have met the wrong customer.

I will make available to every buyer in America that your company has no honor. That pandahall use scam to make customer buy more, one way or another.

You disgrace your country honor with poor business practice.

Pandahall will become Panda"Fall" if you do not change the way you do business.

Now would you like to respond to my issue ?

  2. and I'm furious that when you ask a buying question you get an immediate response, but when you have a return issue they are in no hurry what so ever.

  4. I made my first order with them in March 2011 (a few months ago) and I was happy with the products I received (mainly ring bases and some chain). What I didn't care for was how long it took to prepare my order before it even got shipped out. Other than that though I liked it. I'm actually planning a second order, hopefully the products are just as good.

  5. Did any of you pay additional 'customs' fee's? Just a question. I just bought some resin beads and it's under $60. So I just don't want to be suprised with an extra charge.

  6. Hi,
Some product from panda hall is poor! Especially the sterling silver earring hook. Too thin and too small and soft too. Disgrace!

  7. I have placed many orders with Panda Hall. Most items are fine, but some items are of poor quality and just not usable. It is important to stick to your guns when asking for a refund, as first they will offer you nothing, then a paltry 20% back. Just be persistent and keep demanding a full refund if the product is 100% unusable. I was even asked to send several kilos of faulty items back to them (at my expense of course), but I refused. Just ridiculous. Photographic evidence should be enough. The same product is made at several different factories so the quality varies at lot. Regarding customs fees, these have to be paid when importing over a certain amount from China and have nothing to to with Panda Hall.

  8. Oh yeah, one more thing. Whatever you do DON'T upload photos of your designs on their site in the chance of getting them published for a dollar credit a piece. Any designs they like will not be published. Instead they copy them, mass produce them and sell them on their site.

  11. I feel that people should be aware my experiences of PandaHall's latest policies concerning refunds. When complaining about shoddy products (sometimes it amazes me how certain products can make it through 'quality' control) they offer you their standard answer of 20% refund for the cost of the item. When you state that this is not ok as the item is unusable and what about the shipping costs, then now say that you need to ship the faulty items back to their nearest office registered or with tracking (often overseas) for a full refund. Well of course this is going to cost a fortune to send heavy items overseas with tracking, so most people will just give up won't they, and this is what PandaHall wants. So after my last complaints I opened a case with Paypal for full item refund plus shipping costs. Guess what folks? Even paypal say that I have to ship the goods back at my own expense! Way to go Paypal for siding with a company employing very dubious business methods! I just got off the phone with Paypal and explained the situation, that I am unwilling to spend £50 shipping faulty items worth half that amount and while they were sympathetic and could see my point of view, said that that were just following standard procedure as PandaHall did offer a refund on return of the goods. The only comfort that she could offer, was that if they (Paypal) start to get a lot of claims and complaints against PandaHall, they will break their agreement with them. So I only hope that all dissatisfied PH customers DO open disputes and even call Paypal and make their feeling known because perhaps eventually something will be done. Let's face it Panda Hall will find it hard to survive if their customers can't pay through Paypal.

  12. I've ordered from them before and every order is late. They list items on their site, then when you try to buy them, they are out of stock. You sometimes have to wait months. The last time I ordered they made me wait two months for my items because they were out of stock... again. Then, when I finally got the glass cabs and beads I ordered, all the glass cabs were broken or defective. They jerked me around for about a month, made me send pictures, and offered me a 15% refund. They said they would give me a refund if I mailed them back. I had previously asked if I had to send them back and they told me "no" and that it was O.K. to throw them out, so I did. After complaining, they offered a 50% refund. At this point, I just wanted to be done with the whole mess so I agreed to it. They told me they weren't refunding me, but giving me store credit for $40.00 that I could use for a future order. My items cost $128, so $40 wasn't even close to fifty percent. They then said they would give me the full 50% in store credit. When I went to check my account, I found that they blocked my IP address and I couldn't enter their website anymore. I have spent thousands with this company before. You'd think they'd want to foster repeat business, but I guess screwing me for $128, at the expense of thousands in future orders, makes better business sense to them. Unbelievable!

  13. Hey!

I am from England so went onto the English setting - it still said at the bottom 'free shipping'.

I was looking for some velvet bags for gift wrapping & was delighted to find I could get 200 for only £4.01!

So I went to my 'cart' when I had finished browsing & the grand total was... £20.41!!

Haha there is no way in the world I would pay that much just for shipping... especially when I had previously been lead on to believe the shipping was free. Very unhappy :( what a waste of time!

  15. Pandahall is the biggest scam ever! I ordered 24 items and I just got 3 of them. I have raised a dispute with them but let's see where it goes. I just want to add a note that I am from a poor country and I invested a considerable amount of money in it. Now I'm broke
